AMIS Zerma's plastic granulators are specifically designed to process a wide range of plastic materials, including hard and soft plastics and larger parts and purges. The granulators are available in various sizes and configurations, tailored to meet customers' specific needs. One of the standout features of AMIS Zerma's plastic granulators is their exceptional efficiency and low noise level. These machines are equipped with powerful motors and cutting blades, meticulously designed to produce consistent and uniform granules while minimizing energy consumption and noise. |
The Zerma grinding mills offer a wide range of options to cater to different applications. For instance, slow-running mills are suitable for grinding sprues from injection molding machines, while larger mills with widths of up to 3 meters can handle several tonnes per hour. Each type of grinding mill, apart from its specific size, also features a specially chosen rotor design tailored to the application. Additionally, we can provide peripheral equipment such as supply belts and extraction systems with a big bag station located after the grinding mill. |
The Zerma micronising units are equipped with high-speed disc mills featuring fine teeth. These units are capable of grinding plastics with a maximum size of 8 mm, including hard PVC (pipe and profile products) and LDPE millings (rotation moulding), to a particle size below 1,000 microns. The micronising units operate independently, with a vibrating feeder supplying the flakes into the grinding chamber where the grinding process takes place. Once ground, the resulting powder is blown by a blower to a destination such as a big bag station or a silo. If necessary, the powder can also be classified using a screening machine. |
