Since 1976, Italian company Tecnofer has been building washing lines and components for the plastic recycling industry. As a family-run business, we have delivered over 1,200 washing and separation lines, gaining deep expertise in efficiently cleaning and preparing recycled plastics. We use this knowledge to provide you with an optimal solution.
Tecnofer not only supplies brand-new washing lines but also offers expertise in retrofitting and optimizing existing lines. By applying advanced technologies, we ensure higher output quality, process optimization, and reduced energy consumption.
All machines are designed and manufactured in-house in Italy, including Siemens PLC controls, which are programmed in our factory.

High Output:

- Film: Up to 3 tons per hour. For example, PE/PP LDPE/PP LLDPE post-consumer, post-industrial, or agricultural film.
- Rigid Plastics: Up to 5 tons per hour. For example, post-consumer and post-industrial rigid HDPE/PP plastics like bottles, containers, barrels, etc.
- PET Bottles: Up to 6 tons per hour.
